If your purchased item is not performing how you thought it would or you need something a bit different, no problem! You can start the return/exchange process by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain your situation – our support team will then reach out and help get your return process started!
If you need to return an item purchased in our store, feel free to bring it back and we can help you at the front counter. New In-store purchased items can be returned for up to 30 days. Some Used items are sold “As Is” and displayed as such. However, if your used purchase was not “As Is” there is a 3 day grace period in which the item can be returned.
Online & Non-Local Purchases:
For New Items purchased we offer a return window of 7 days from the day it is received. Used Items purchased online are sold “As Is”. If the item is not to your satisfaction please contact us and we will consider the situation and help to work a win/win situation as best we can.
Please return the product in the original product packaging along with all included materials (manual, warranty card, all accessories). Please note that the buyer will assume all the costs for shipping the unwanted item back to Sunday Guitars. If the item is defective or incorrect we will discuss the process.
Store credit never expires and can be used on any of our items. Please note that Sunday Guitars may refuse or charge up to a 25% restocking fee for any returned item if it is no longer in new condition.
We do not accept returns, under any circumstances, on sealed product, microphones, harmonicas, and other items that may come in contact with ears or mouth due to sanitary concerns.
Pre-orders & Orders:
We work hard to make sure pre-orders are turned around within 1-2 weeks. If it is going to take longer than that we will be in contact with you. Unfortunately, we do not allow cancellation of special or pre-orders. We are happy to exchange for another product if the item you purchased is not satisfactory after you receive it.
