Return Policy

Return Policy:

If your purchased item is not performing how you thought it would, or you need something a bit different, no problem!  You can start the return/exchange process by emailing us at support@sundayguitars.com and explain your situation – our support team will then reach out and help get your return process started!

In-store Purchases:

If you need to return an item purchased in our store, feel free to bring it back and we can help you at the front counter.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. New In-store purchased items can be returned within 14 days, if in original condition. Used and "As is" items are not returnable.  On all electrical items, sales are final.

Online & Non-Local Purchases:

For New Items purchased we offer a return window of 7 days from the date of purchase.  Used Items purchased online are sold “As Is”. If the item is not to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will consider the situation and help to work out a solution.

Please return the product in the original product packaging along with all included materials (manual, warranty card, all accessories).  Please note that the buyer will assume all the costs for shipping the unwanted item back to Sunday Guitars.  If the item is defective or incorrect, we will discuss the process.

In-Store-Credit:

In-store credit is good for 12 months from the original date of purchase.

Exception:

We do not accept returns, under any circumstances, on sealed product, microphones, harmonicas, and other items that may come in contact with ears or mouth due to sanitary concerns.  All electrical items, such as amps, are not returnable.

Pre-orders & Orders:

We work hard to make sure pre-orders are turned around within 1-2 weeks. If it is going to take longer than that we will be in contact with you.  Unfortunately, we do not allow cancellation of special or pre-orders. We are happy to exchange for another product if the item you purchased is not satisfactory after you receive it.
